"Awesome support from the team"
I ordered some speedos and ended up getting hit with extra shipping fees upon delivery, even though I had already paid for shipping. I reached out to customer support, and they clarified that it was actually import taxes, not extra shipping charges. They were super nice and refunded me for that - totally didn’t see that coming. Big thanks to clickswimm!

"Great customer service"
Ordered speedos, been charged additional shipping cost on delivery despite initially paid shipping cost. Contacted customer service, they explained it was import taxes not additional shipping cost and were kind enough to rufund me that - didn't expect that. Thanks clickswimm!

Top-notch support from the team. I totally spaced on adding my discount coupon during checkout. I shot an email to clickswim.com and got a speedy response letting me know they had applied the discount for me. The delivery felt a bit slow at first. I reached out for an update, and Alistair was quick to respond again with arrangements for fast delivery. The swimsuit showed up the very next morning, and it fits like a dream. Couldn't be happier. "Excellent customer service"
Excellent customer service. I forgot to add discpunt coupon at check out. Emailed clickswim.com and got reply quickly infirming me that they had added discount.
Delivery seemed delayed. Emailed asking update. Alistair again replied quickly with fast delivery arrangements.
Swimsuit was delivered next day in the morning. It fits perfectly.
Totally satisfied. Thank you clickswim!

"Amazing support, truly exceptional"
Amazing support, I ordered a racing suit between October 20-22 and it was shipped at no cost via special delivery just in time for a gala event. Sadly, the Speedo racing suit had a defect. Since I hadn't used it much, I reached out to Click Swim, and they quickly reassured me not to stress and to return it for a replacement. They've been awesome, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I’ll surely be shopping with them again.

"Fantastic service, above and beyond"
Fantastic service, ordered a race suit in October 20-22 sent free of charge by special delivery in time for a gala. Unfortunately the Speedo race suit was faulty. As it hasn't been very warn much I contacted click swim who immediately said not to worry and send back and they would replace. Have been fantastic kept me informed end-to-end service will definitely be using them again.
